Our Team

Ann LucasOwner and President
Ann (along with her husband Marc) is the owner of Window Traditions. She has been in the window and door business since 2002. As a small business owner, she wears many hats, but particularly enjoys interacting with customers and getting to know them. She likes to say “small business makes the world go around” and loves to figure out how to make the business better. Ann spends her spare time with Marc, their three daughters and three dogs. Go dawgs!
Marc LucasGeneral Manager/Owner
Marc, along with his wife Ann, is one of the owners of Window Traditions. Marc works on the Operations side of the business, and loves to explore new areas of opportunity for the company. Joe JudgeSales Consultant
The son of a custom home builder, Joe started his career in the building industry in Maryland. He has extensive knowledge of building industry practices, including trends, styles and methods. Joe has spent several years working in the building materials industry, and has been selling windows and doors since 2013. He has special knowledge in the area of residential new construction and remodeling. Joe recently performed an extensive remodel of his own home in the Historic District in Roswell. When time allows, you will usually find him walking up and down Canton Street in Roswell with his wife and their two dogs or on a golf course trying to perfect his golf game (which is probably a lost cause!).
Steven WebsterSales Consultant
People often comment about Steven’s passion for homes. This passion is based on his experiences that one’s home is most often where great memories are made.
Steven has worked in the Housing Industry for 30+ years as a Realtor, Designer and General Contractor. In each of these roles, he has been responsible for providing personalized consultation and support to clients during very important moments in their lives. Steven’s background in Interior and Architectural Design, and the energy that he gets from teaming with others, enables him to effectively collaborate with Architects, Builders, and Designers, along with their clients, to build the client’s dream home.
Steven spent most of his life in Minnesota and moved to Atlanta 2011 with his wife, their two children and their dogs (NSDTR). Steven has completed 6 major residential projects; in each, he made a point to incorporate existing unique elements within the home that had a dramatic impact on the design.
Dave DepewProject Manager
Dave’s passion for working with wood started with building boats in Shop class. At age 18 he began working for a cabinet maker, and later built doors for a custom door shop, and then remodeled homes. Dave joined Window Traditions in 2009 and has performed almost every task on the installation side of the business, from installing doors and windows to handling complicated repair and warranty issues. As Project Manager, Dave’s wide-ranging experience and extensive training allow him to understand every aspect of a project. Raised in Florida, Dave is a former (self-described) beach bum and competitive surfer and is an avid animal lover who has never said “no” to a homeless animal.
