All installers undergo extensive background checks and drug testing so you can be confident that your project is in good hands. Every installer on any of our jobs is fully insured for Worker’s Compensation and Liability. And as part of our protocol, the owners and management routinely inspect our jobs to ensure that even our most demanding customer is satisfied.
For windows and doors, our installers use processes that are certified by the Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (Formerly “AAMA”). We have a certified Installation Masters Instructor on staff so that we can provide training and guidance on best practices and current installation methods for all of our installers and employees. And our company protocols are routinely reviewed to ensure that we are delivering the best customer service experience possible while properly installing your windows and doors using the most current, tested and approved methods.

Of course, if you already have a trusted builder, remodeler or crew (if you are a remodeler) you will still get the same attention to detail and expertise required to help you choose the right products for your project and get your order right.

Our ten-year residential installation warranty is the next best thing to perfection. No company in our industry can promise perfection. However, our warranty program comes pretty close – and it’s much better than anything else around. You’ll receive a manufacturer’s warranty on each of the products we sell. In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty that you receive on the products we sell, if Window Traditions installs your products, we give homeowners a ten-year warranty for as long as they own the home. As far as we know, this is the best in the business; most companies guarantee their work for just one year.
